The Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce has produced a collaborative fundraising event to maximize your organization’s revenue with no cost to your organization:


  1. BulletThe Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce (GYRCC) will handle all promotional aspects of the event, including press releases, website, marketing material and advertising.

  2. BulletThe GYRCC will handle the execution and production of the event, including creating the prize packages, printing and distributing tickets to the “teams,” manage ticket “turn-in” back to the Chamber, recording of ticket sales, and execution of Grande Finale Event.

  3. BulletScore BIG for ME (SBFM) Commitment Levels offer numerous adjustable options, enabling organizations of every size to join.

  4. BulletYour organization will be assigned a block of tickets that correlates to your SBFM Commitment Level.  You will be responsible for all assigned tickets, sold or unsold, until they are returned to the Chamber.  Each ticket sells for $10.00 each and your organization will retain $5.00 from each ticket sold.

  5. Bullet50% of ticket sale revenue, all ticket stubs and any unsold tickets must be returned to the Chamber office by Monday, January 3, 2011.  

  6. BulletEnjoy the SBFM Grand Finale Event in premium Tailgate Party spots with your organization’s volunteers and ticket sellers.

  7. BulletBegin 2011 by being part of the SBFM Non-Profit Expo during our Grand Finale Celebration!  Each SBFM participating organization receives display space!
